Lodging at the Kalahari Resort

All accommodations and UWG will occur at Kalahari Indoor Waterpark Resort in Sandusky, Ohio, the largest indoor waterpark in America. The resort features 890, 4 restaurants, a spa, fitness, arcade, mini golf, laser tag, and a 7-D Motion Theater. The waterpark includes a lazy river, wave pool, water slides, hot tub, and swim-up bar.
The conference runs from Monday at 11am until Thursday at 11:59pm. Most people stay Sunday-Friday so they can attend all the events.​

The following rates are valid: Sunday, May 18th to Friday, May 23rd, 2025

You must make your reservation prior to April 19th, 2025 to be eligible for these rates.

Also, be aware that we only have a limited number of rooms available to our group at the discounted rate and it’s possible that they can sell out, for one or more of the conference nights, prior to the April 19th deadline. So, the earlier you make your reservations, the better chance you’ll have of getting the discounted rate for your entire stay.

In the past, it’s been possible to cancel or change your reservation up to a couple days prior to your arrival for a small fee. (Check with the Kalahari when you make your reservations about this year’s policy.)

Be aware that while tax will be added to the room rates below, you should not be charged any additional resort fees. There has been some confusion about this in the past on the part of some of the Kalahari staff so make sure that you double check this when making your reservation

All rooms come with waterpark passes as indicated below. If you need more waterpark passes than those allotted with your room type, then you have the option of upgrading to a larger accommodation or purchasing additional passes.
