​You must be registered for the conference to book a room.  You will be sent a unique link to book your room after you register. ​

In the past, it’s been possible to cancel or change your reservation up to a couple days prior to your arrival for a small fee. (Check with the Kalahari when you make your reservations about this year’s policy).

Be aware that while tax will be added to the room rates below, you should not be charged any additional resort fees. There has been some confusion about this in the past on the part of some of the Kalahari staff so make sure that you double check this when making your reservation

All rooms come with waterpark passes as indicated. If you need more waterpark passes than those allotted with your room type, then you have the option of upgrading to a larger accommodation or purchasing additional passes.
