  • The UWG app has the conference schedule, maps, attendee directory, and even 1:1 messaging.

  • You can even favorite an event to create your own personal agenda!

  • Feel free to download the app now to become familiar with it. However most of the conference updates and communications from TEAM UWG will take place in our Facebook group in the days leading up to the conference.

  • Sign-ups are open for the Cosplay/Talent Showcase, Murder Mystery, Fairy Godparents, UN-Graduation, & the funshops and events that have limited capacity.

🚨 VOLUNTEER! 🚨

 

  • UWG is powered entirely by volunteers, and support from attendees helps make the week run smoothly and successfully.

  • Volunteering is a great way to get involved, meet others, and still enjoy everything UWG has to offer as a family-friendly, welcoming event. Volunteer roles are simple and flexible, with past examples including registration support, Bingo caller, and helping with family fun night.

  • Attendees are encouraged to sign up for at least one volunteer shift during the week.

  • Please include a phone number on the volunteer form so coordinators can send updates as needed.

  • ✨ Bonus: Sign up to volunteer by May 9th to be entered into a drawing for one of three gift cards.
