UWG POCKET EDITION 2025

To make this event possible, we MUST meet a minimum number of room reservations at Kalahari. On July 10th we will confirm whether or not we met the minimum. If we don’t reach that threshold, all registration fees will be fully refunded. And if this year doesn’t work out, we’ll aim to try again next fall.

UWG Pocket Edition is a fun-sized version of our beloved gathering—same UWG spirit, just scaled down for closer connections and a more relaxed pace.

This much smaller event will feature a flexible, attendee-driven schedule made up entirely of community-led funshops and roundtable discussions. We’ll have access to 2–3 conference rooms for activities, but no ballrooms or large-scale events.

With fewer people, fewer logistics, and more time to simply enjoy being together, Pocket Edition is the perfect setting to reconnect with old friends, meet new families, and experience a relaxed UWG rhythm.

Whether you’re already part of the UWG community or joining us for the first time, Pocket Edition offers a fresh and meaningful way to gather.

We expect most attendees will arrive on October 5th, so we’re planning a casual potluck and a few connection-focused activities that evening.

The main funshops and roundtable discussions will take place on the 6th and 7th.

On the morning of the 8th, we’ll wrap things up with a cup of coffee, heartfelt goodbyes, and a “See you at UWG 2026 in May!”
